If you wish to check your details
- your licence has expired before 5-Oct-2025 and is not cancelled
- or it will expire before 4-Nov-2026
If you wish to pay for an invoice
- the invoice number is less than 2000000

Having trouble Logging into the Portal?
You may not be able to renew your High Risk Work Licence if you have other licences with SafeWork SA.
Your log in Post Code will be the last registered residential address you have provided to SafeWork SA.
When can I renew?
Licence holders will receive a renewal invoice generated 30 days prior to the expiry date on their current licence.
Invoice can be paid online on this portal if we have a recent photo of you on file.
Otherwise you can take the invoice to an SA Australia Post or Service SA branch.
The fee for HRWL renewals between 1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027 is $101
The fee covers the renewal of all existing HRWL classes you select to renew, for a period of five years.
