Mock court - Roxby Downs

Partnership with SafeWork SA, LGA Workers Compensation Scheme and Sparke Helmore Lawyers.

SafeWork SA conducted a ‘mock court’ where an identified breach was prosecuted and defended in front of a magistrate for the information and education of the audience.

The session will briefly reflect on the journey through COVID and also predict some future outcomes. Now more than ever leaders need the tools and strategies to support their own wellbeing and 'Lead a Well team'.

Building Motivation through COVID-19

The most crucial use of personal influence is how we motivate ourselves, how we make a positive change to provide a greater sense of balance and enjoyment in our work and life.

Given the time to self reflect and map a goal – yes, writing out a goal using some of the best goal setting strategies from the field of applied positive psychology.
