SafeWork SA has been notified of an incident at McLaren Vale on Sunday, 2 May 2021 involving two skydivers following an alleged parachute malfunction. The instructor has sustained serious injuries while the other person has minor injuries.
SafeWork SA inspectors attended the site to conduct investigations.
SafeWork SA are asking anyone in the area that may have witnessed and filmed the incident to contact SafeWork SA on 1300 365 255.
