Demolition work notification
Demolition contractors must hold a South Australian contractor’s licence issued by Consumer and Business Services for the type of demolition being undertaken and must notify us at least 5 days before commencing certain types of demolition work.
You can submit notifications through SWSA Online using your email and password.
From the dashboard select ‘Submit a notification’ on the Notifications tile.
If you are not registered for SWSA Online or cannot see the Notifications tile, you may need to complete the application to register form. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you'll receive an email invitation to set up your password.
Access to the notification portal will align with your contractor’s licence expiry date.
If you have previously used SWSA Online and cannot see the notification tile, it may be because the contractor’s licence expiry date on our system has lapsed. Please forward a current South Australian contractor licence to SWSAMFU@sa.gov.au to reactivate your access.
