SafeWork SA and Adaptive Psychology will be unravelling the notion of Job Re-design as a means to prevent and mitigate psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
In this webinar we will aim to:
- Demystify what job-redesign is as a control in the hierarchy of controls
- Share case studies of how job redesign has been used to prevent and mitigate various psychosocial hazards
