High work licence holders

You can change your details either:

• Online via the portal
• by phoning us on 1300 365 255
• by completing the application form

Accredited Assessor, Asbestos Assessor, Gas Fitting, Dangerous Goods Driver licence holders

You can change your details:

• by completing the replacement licence application form

*no fees apply to replacement of these licences due to change of address

All other licence types

You can change your details either:

• by phoning us on 1300 365 255
• by emailing licensing.safework@sa.gov.au
