The way you work with SafeWork SA is changing.

From 21 September, most SafeWork SA licences and notifications will be managed through one online portal. Visit the webpage to understand the changes and what they mean for you.

A planned outage to enable the change will occur from 4pm on Friday 18 September to 8am Monday 21 September.

You can request a replacement High Risk Work licence via the online portal because it has been:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Defaced
  • Destroyed
  • Changed your name

You will require your licence number to access the portal.

If you have changed your name, you will need to do this with SafeWork SA prior to requesting your replacement. Email your request to swsahighriskwork@sa.gov.au
